Working in the Green Economy is a self-paced online course. It focuses on how green jobs are identified and how they interact in the US economy.
The course objectives are:
• Learn why the green economy is important
• Identify how people are defining the green economy and green jobs
• Investigate how we are identifying the requirements of green occupations
• Find various resources on how to find green jobs, and
• Obtain some resources to extend your knowledge about green jobs
This course has been pre-approved for GCDF re-certification by the Center for Credentialing and Education. Completion of the course earns 5 clock hours toward re-certification.
